Every detail of Dark Horse Healing Lodge was chosen with practitioners and their clients in mind.
Dark Horse Healing Lodge started as a barn — and it wanted to be more. It was reimagined and rebuilt as a dedicated space for healing, teaching, and gathering, finished in reclaimed wood that carries the character of its original life while holding something entirely new.
The studio features warm wood-grain laminate flooring, reclaimed wood accents, wall sconces for ambient light, natural light from multiple windows, high ceilings, and a clean open layout that adapts to whatever you need it to be. There is no clutter, no competing energy. Just space.
The property sits on 19 acres of private land in Carp, Ontario — about 30 minutes west of downtown Ottawa. It is surrounded by mature trees, open lawn, and the kind of stillness that makes people slow down before they even walk through the door. This is an inclusive space. All practitioners and traditions rooted in healing and consciousness are welcome.

What This Space Is For
Dark Horse Healing Lodge is ideal for yoga classes and yoga teacher training, Reiki sessions and Reiki certification programs, energy healing workshops, breathwork circles, sound baths and sound healing, kirtan and devotional music gatherings, cacao ceremonies, meditation groups, women’s circles and men’s circles, drum circles, movement and somatic work, multi-day retreats and intensives, private healing sessions, community gatherings, and wellness events.
